New carpet will look new as long as the protector from the manufacturer is still on it. Carpet protector wears off from abrasion-walking across it. High traffic areas will show soiling sooner for this reason. If your carpet is more than 2 or 3 years old, we can reapply carpet protector to help it stay cleaner longer.
